Welcome to LexoWear. By accessing and using our website (lexowear.com), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

LexoWear operates as a global apparel brand using print-on-demand fulfillment partners such as Printful and Printify. All products are made individually per order.

By purchasing from LexoWear, you acknowledge that:

  • Each item is printed/produced on demand
  • Production time takes 2–5 business days
  • Shipping times vary by destination
  • Products may ship from different fulfillment centers

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars), unless otherwise displayed.
We accept:

  • Credit & Debit Cards
  • Shop Pay
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

4. Order Processing

Once an order is placed, it automatically enters production.
Because items are produced on demand:
❗ Orders cannot be modified or canceled after 12 hours.

5. Shipping

Shipping is handled through Printful and Printify's partner couriers.
Estimated delivery times are provided on our Shipping Policy page.

LexoWear is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs
  • Postal disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand, LexoWear only accepts returns in cases of:

  • Damaged items
  • Print errors
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong items delivered
  • Lost-in-transit orders

7. Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, graphics, logos, and brand assets on lexowear.com are the exclusive property of LexoWear and may not be copied, downloaded, or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

LexoWear is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
