Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes - we offer a 7-day return or exchange window for unused and unwashed items. If there’s a defect, damage, or a printing error, we’ll make it right by replacing the item at no extra cost. To start a return or exchange, email us at support@lexowear.com with your order number and photos of the issue :)
What are your shipping and delivery times?
After your order is placed, it typically takes 1–2 business days to process. Once shipped, delivery within Canada usually takes 2–5 business days, the takesUSA may take, same and Worldwide takthe es 5-15 business days, with Free shipping. Tracking the information will be provided via email the once your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
On All Orders, Shipping is completely Free. However, some products have a low shipping cost, such as $6 to $13.
What is the quality of your Products?
We use high-quality fleece and premium material from our Printify partners. Each item is printed using professional DTF, DTG (Direct-to-Garment), or other high-quality printing methods. While colors look vibrant in our mockups, please note that real-life color may slightly vary (up to 5–10%) due to screen calibration.
How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to our Size Guide on each product page before ordering. This guide shows measurements (chest, length, sleeve) to help you pick the best fit. If you're between sizes, we typically recommend going one size up for a more relaxed fit.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
You can cancel or make changes within 6 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, we’re sorry, but we can no longer modify or cancel it. Please contact us ASAP at support@lexowear.com or Live Chat if you need to make a change.
